The competent and dependable experts of the PEMTec service team have great know-how and a wealth of experience all around the PECM technology. Every system that leaves our factory can be quickly analyzed in the event of a malfunction, and the defect eliminated, by remote maintenance.

Trainings
PEMTec transfers PECM knowledgeWe make your training as individual as your machine. Every training is carefully prepared by our application engineers and perfectly tailored to your needs.
Practical trainings can optionally either be held on your or our premises. Training courses of up to one week are possible, depending on the requirements. Our training team vividly illustrates the theory and explains the functional principles and all there is to know about our machines in a practice-oriented manner.

Maintenance and repair
With PEMTec, maintenance is an individual service promiseA PEMTec machine is a valuable investment. For you to be able to work with your machine for many years, we recommend regular – i.e. annual - maintenance. PEMTec can offer you this service, please get in touch. With individual maintenance contracts, we will gladly contact you and make an appointment when the maintenance is needed.
If a repair should be required and a replacement part needs to be procured: we will do this in the shortest possible time. We want you to be always satisfied, after all.
Maintenance contracts
Our maintenance contracts are individually configurable and flexible service packages for your PEM system and peripherals. We offer maintenance, modernization and optimization in all questions at minimized costs in terms of efficiency and demand.
Support contracts
You can easily support your technical and application requirements with a support contract. The performance package for functions and handling of the PEM center and the applications can be customized. Various options are also available, which can be flexibly and independently agreed upon.
