Strategic cooperation agreement with Luzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone

On April 22, 2023, PEMTec and Luzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

After friendly consultation, both decided to establish a cooperative relationship. Based on the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, both parties will give full play to their resource advantages in their respective fields in order to achieve win-win development of local economy and enterprises, and reach the cooperation agreement.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Sergej Siniavski and Mr. Thomas Kuhnert, General Manager of PEMTec, and Mr. Zhang Cheng, Director of the Management Committee of Luzhou Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Sichuan Province.

The signing ceremony was attended and witnessed by Mr. Yu Xianhe, Mayor of Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, Mr. Liu Yu, Director of the Bureau of Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs of Luzhou City, Mr. Liu Miao, Chairman of Luzhou Laojiao Group, Mr. Liu Rusheng, Technical Sales Manager of PEMTec, as well as important guests from many famous companies and groups in Bavaria and Munich, Germany.

PEMTec was honored by the invitation of the Luzhou Municipal Government and the detailed presentation of the economic development plan of Luzhou by Mayor Yu himself. General Manager, Mr. Sergej Siniavski and Mr. Thomas Kuhnert expressed their sincere gratitude to the Luzhou Municipal Government and the relevant departments on several occasions. Both sides agreed to promote mutual visits and project implementation as soon as possible.

Luzhou High-Tech Industrial Development Zone was established in September 2013 and was upgraded to a National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone in February 2015 with the approval of the State Council. The total planning area is 218 square kilometers, of which the core area is 110 square kilometers. According to the development idea of “technology-led, industry-city integration”, the spatial pattern of “one zone with multiple parks” is formed. In accordance with the requirements of “High-Tech, Fast and Special” and the development goal of “leapfrogging”, in recent years, the High-Tech zone has focused on the development of five leading industries: high-end equipment manufacturing, electronic information, new energy and new materials, modern medicine and modern service industry.
